Below steps show how to manage user status in Zaperon.
There are 4 types of user account status:
Yet To Onboard: This account status indicates user is enrolled in the organization but account is not activated
Email Verified: This account status indicates user is enrolled in organization and user has activated their account
Active: This account status indicates that the user is activated, can have access his workplace applications
Inactive: This account status indicates that the user is not active and doesn't have access to the workplace applications.
Locked Status: This account status indicates that the user is not active and access to their workplace applications has been temporarily removed.
1. In the Admin Dashboard, go to Users. Click Change Status icon for the user.
2. Select status from the dropdown menu.
