Below steps show how to add bulk users in Zaperon with the help of a CSV file.
1. In the Admin Dashboard, go to Users >Import CSV.
2. Click on Download Template button to download CSV template file that includes user attributes required to create users in Zaperon.
3. Add details in the CSV file. Do not delete the first-row header.
4. Drag the file in the below highlighted box or click to browse to the file to upload.
5. Zaperon will validate the csv file that is uploaded and any errors in records will be shown in the error csv that can downloaded. You can fix the errors and upload csv file again.
6. If there are no errors, all the user records will be added/updated. Click on View All Users to see the users.
