A. Add Salesforce (SSO) Application in Zaperon
A.1. In the Admin Dashboard, click Application >Add Application.
A.2. Click on Salesforce from application catalog.
A.3. Enter details in SAML Settings and click Submit.
A.4. A Single Sign-on Configuration popup will appear. Copy Sign-in URL, Sign-out URL and download certificate. These will be used later to configure admin console of Salesforce. Follow instructions in section B of this document.
A.5. You’ll see Salesforce app has been added to application table.
B. Configure admin console of Salesforce
B.1. After logging to your Salesforce admin console, click on “Gear icon” in Header, then click on Open Advanced Setup under Quick setting section.
B.2. From left navigation menu under SETTINGS category click Identity >Single Sign-On Settings >New. Copy and paste here Sign-in page URL & Sign-out page URL from section A.4. Also, upload certificate that was downloaded in section A.4. Click Save.
B.3. Under Single Sign-On Settings, click on Edit.
B.4. Tick “SAML Enabled” checkbox option under Federated Single Sign-On Using SAML section
B.5. Go to Company Settings >My Domain for Authentication Configuration and Tick zaperon-sso checkbox and click Save
Note:
While adding new user make sure Email and Username in salesforce should be same.
