Set Up Your Passwordless Zero Trust Workspace
By completing this "Standard Onboarding," you are moving away from vulnerable passwords and legacy VPNs to a modern Zero Trust environment.
This process enables Device Binding, A security protocol that cryptographically links your trusted device to your identity. Once complete, you will enjoy Single Sign-On (SSO) to all your corporate applications without ever needing to reset a password or remember complex credentials again.
The Setup Process Overview To establish this secure link, you will perform a one-time pairing of your PC and mobile device:
Activate via Email: You will verify your identity using the unique link sent to your inbox.
Install Client App: This lightweight agent runs on your PC/Mac to secure your connection and replace your VPN.
Bind with Zaperon Verify App: Enter your email to initiate the secure handshake in Client App. Then use use your mobile phone to download and setup Verify app with biometrics (Face ID/Fingerprint) to scan a QR code, creating a Phishing-Resistant digital key.

Follow the Step-by-step Guide
1. When an admin invites or adds a new team member to Zaperon, an activation email invitation will be sent to both their business and personal emails. Open your Email Inbox and click on the Activate Account button in your email.
2. You'll be redirected to the Account Activated screen in your browser. Click on Start Zaperon Setup button.
3. Then click on download Client App button to download Zaperon client app setup file as per your operating system.
4. Run Zaperon.exe setup file and install the desktop app.
5. Then in client app enter your company email and click Next. You'll be redirected to the browser.
6. Install the certificate by clicking OK on the certificate alert popup and click Next.
7. Install the Zaperon Verify app from the Play Store or App Store.
8. Allow notification and location permissions then enter your company email in Zaperon Verify App and Click Next in the browser.
9. Then grant location permission on scan QR code screen.
10. Allow camera permission in Zaperon Verify App and scan the QR code.
11. Then create and confirm a new 6-digit security PIN and enable biometrics in Zaperon Verify App. Click Next in browser.
12. Click View Code button in Zaperon Verify App and bypass biometric unlock or enter security PIN.
13. Enter 6-digit code displayed on the Zaperon Verify App into your browser and click Continue.
14. You'll be automatically redirected to your user dashboard successfully. To access any application assigned to you, click on the respective application icon.
Setup Complete. Your device is now a Trusted Asset. The Zaperon client will run silently in the background, optimizing your network traffic and blocking threats in real-time. You can now access your Zaperon Dashboard and launch any application with a single click.
